Richard Bierman - President

Richard possesses a strong background in construction

documentation and construction principals with over

25 years of experience.  His project experience includes the

design of single and multi-family housing units, educational facilities, commerical office buldings, retail centers, light

industrial buildings, commercial and corporate build-outs,

food manufacturing, distribution centers, and banking

facilities.  Richard's experience and understanding of the

building codes and regulatory process, along with his understanding of the developer's perspective, brings added

value to the design and planning procedure.
